E-Claims: Enabling Better Healthcare Delivery

In the hopes of making headway in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Philippine healthcare market, the Philippine Healthcare Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth launched October last year the first phase of its e-claims project dubbed the "Claims Eligibility Web Service" or CEWS.
